WebWorse spiral ham I have ever purchased. So much fat and too salty to even eat. We tossed most of it unfortunately. Would not recommend and definitely would not purchase again. A hotter temperature will cause the skin to become dry and brittle, and the meat will not be cooked evenly. A cooler temperature will help to produce a richer flavor and texture for your spiral ham.
