From then the trigger point will increase from over 3 days’ to over 7 days’ incapacitation (not counting the day on which the accident happened). If a person is incapacitated but nevertheless in the workplace (e.g. on light duties) then this will be an over 7 day reportable regardless of the fact that they are not 'off work'.
